As an indication, the prices vary according to seasons':

of 29 € to 36 € (simple rooms) / of 36 € to 47 € (double room, one large bed )

During the period of the Festival of Avignon (July) our tariffs are a little higher.

The breakfast will be to suggest to you for 7 €

As for the visitor's tax (transferred at the city), it amounts to 0.65 € by anybody and day.
