Restaurant typique Coréen avec dégustation de poisson (encore) vivant

  • 1ère étape ; choisir le malheureux dans l’aquarium
  • attraper la bête et la placer à plat sur la table en bois, le vider de son sang grâce à une incision judicieusement placée

Préparer la découpe du poisson (encore vivant)

  • Découper les filets (la bête se débat)
  • Préparation du plat, le filet est découpé et replacé sur  le corps du poisson (la bête bouge toujours)
  • Manger le poisson qui cherche toujours à respirer et qui finalement meurt après 1h ou 2
  

 

Prepare the cutting of fisc (still living)

  • Cut the sides of the fish (the fish tries to escape)

  • Preparation of the dishes, the sides are cut in small pieces and put again on the fish (this one is still stirring)

  • Eat the small pieces of fish (which is still trying to breathe from time to time). After having suffered for 1 to 2 hours, it finally dies !
